Fluffy is the burger that best embodies what I would say is the ethos of Burger Burger's approach: subtle (though by no means dull) flavors that extenuate the star of the show: the patty. WHich is very good, by the way.
The most interesting thing about the burger was the sauce. When you read "BBQ sauce" on the spec sheet, your brain probably formed an association. Well forget that. I promise you that this is not what you were expecting. The wine brings down the sweetness a bit and makes it taste quite unique, very complementary to the dish.
Other than that, it's relatively standard burger ingredients well chosen: the cheeses and the egg add some delicious richness to the burger while arugula adds some freshness and pepperiness to the burger.
It's a classic example of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts but even more so in this case.
