This is easily the richest pulled pork sandwich I ever tried. Pork, Cheddar, bacon, egg... all heavy hitters up in here. But I severely dislike the choice of counterweight: pickle.

On one end, I kind of get it. They already have two other pulled pork sammiches with coleslaw so they probably wanted something a bit different on the menubar. But the problem is that the coleslaw would just have been better, hands down. And it would fit the name better since it would've made the sandwich even messier.

Also, I greatly miss the usual house sauce (royal sauce, they call it). Another unfortunate sacrifice.

Still, the sandwich is built to the usual high Flying Smoker standards. So if you like these ingredients I can still wholeheartedly recommend it.
