This might have been my favorite grilled chicken sandwich. The sauce and cherry tomatoes worked together perfectly and the spring onion gave it a highly satisfying kick.

I think they replaced the arugula with baby spinach in the last months this sandwich was still around (RIP). But I didn't make any notes so I can't be sure since I don't remember clearly.

Side note: way back in the day, Tiskarna used to have another Tweety with substantially different ingredients (mushrooms & whatnot, if memory serves). Unfortunately I've never tried one and it's discontinued as well so I cant link to it. Just thought I'd drop a note if someone recognizes the name but finds the spec sheet alien.
