"Sautéed onions" my ass! If that onion ever touched a pan - which I doubt - it could not have been for more than a few seconds. That motherfucker wasn't even translucent. It was fuckin' RAW!

Also, the burger I received did not look like the picture at all. "Smash burger" means the patty is smashed, not the entire god damn burger.

Still, all these things could be excused if the burger was at least good. But it wasn't. It had incredibly pronounced bitter aftertaste. Pretty sure it was from the onion. No idea what they did to it but no raw onion I ever ate tasted like that. And I generally like raw onions.

It's sad because everything else was good. But that bitterness ruined it all.
