On the fence about this one.

Mozzarella's a weird ingredient to put in a burger. I like my burger cheeses to add an additional dimension - a bit of an 'oomph' - to the taste. I've always found Mozzarella too mild to do that. Especially in this burger, combined as it is with with aioli, it creates a really... heavy taste that the tomato slices alone are powerless to counterbalance.

In spite of all this critique, this is still one of the best burgers with Motz I've tried. And if the spec sheet sounds appealing to you, I encourage to give it a try. Unlike me, my friend absolutely adores this burger, for example.
