My only major complaint about this sandwich is that the meat is chopped into such tiny pieces that there's almost no bite and no texture to it anymore. Which, incidentally, also means the pork will spill out as aggressively than the sauce. Thankfully they give you a knife and a fork. But that defeats the purpose of the sandwich form factor. It's purely aesthetic at that point.
But I don't just want to shit on it. The flavors are very good here and the ingredients play well together. It's also, interestingly, the only product on Burger Time's menu without their signature BBQ sauce. Which was the correct choice with pork, I think.
Anyway, it's a decent product but I'd personally seek pulled pork sandwiches elsewhere (albeit mostly on textural grounds). Check out Trappa's Pulled Pork Burger and Kavarna Tiskarna's Natrgana Svinjina.
