The first time I visited Burger Time was in 2019. The burger I was served at the time - Burger Speedy - was cheap but unfortunately aggressively average. And as I wrote in its review, Burger Time is located in a pretty competitive area with two of my all time favorite joints just five minutes away. Because of that, I felt no compulsion to ever return. Then one day in the Spring of 2025 I was walking home along the street the joint is located on and was just the right combination of hungry and lazy not to want to walk any further before I got something to eat. So I walked in.

I'm glad I did.

Gone are the days of mediocrity. The price has gone up, yes, but justifiably so - the quality of the burgers has gone up dramatically. I daresay they now (almost) give even the best burgers on my list a run for their money.
