I'll be comparing this mainly to Time's Pulled Pork. They're obviously similar products. But I will argue this one is far superior.
But first let's get something out of the way: why the fuck does Burger Time uses classic buns with sesame seeds for their burgers and (what I assume are) brioche buns on their pulled pork/beef sandwiches? I'm mad because the latter are better. There's no reason why they shouldn't be standardized across their entire product line. Get on it!
To get back on track, both their pulled meat sandwiches suffer from similar structural issues (meat escapes the buns too easily). However, their beef is chopped into more substantial pieces compared to their pork, resulting in much better bites.
Finally, the meat is simply much, much more flavorful. In fact, combined with their barbecues sauce, this is probably the tastiest product they offer. And just generally one of the best pulled beef sandwiches out there.
Highly recommended, obviously.
