This burger is impossible to hold together. However you grab it, everything on it wants to escape the confines of the buns. Don't even try to stop it. Embrace the chaos.
As I mentioned previously in my review of Burger Time (the burger, not the joint) I'm less than impressed with Burger Time's (the joint, not the burger) use of barbecue sauce. This burger, however, indirectly contains a secondary sauce in their coleslaw - mayo - which creates a very pleasant pairing.
The reason why I'm withholding a point is because I miss a touch of acidity. The only thing pulling that particular weight is the tomato and it's just not enough.
But don't misunderstand - this is a relatively minor complaint. This burger is fantastic and a hair's breath from the best at this joint. I highly recommend it to everyone.
