The tale of Food Corner is one of great tragedy.

I first found this joint on Wolt in early 2021. I was looking for something new and pulled a trigger on their Golf Burger. It was delicious. I ordered their food a few times since then and was never truly disappointed (until recently). Sadly, however, they are located fairly far from any paths I tend to travel so I would often go months without eating their food.

One day in 2026 my friend and I were looking for places to eat (at). We were tired of all the places in our vicinity we usually visit and were looking for something fresh. I poked around the map looking for places to go when I spotted Food Corner. It had been over a year since my last visit and I was eager to eat their burgers again. "They have some of the best in Ljubljana," I told my friend.

OK, enough foreshadowing.

I don't know what happened, folks. I don't know when this happened but they overhauled the whole menu (at least burgers-wise, I don't know about the rest). They were previously in my top 5 joints in Ljubljana. Now, they probably wouldn't crack the top 10. Sadness.
