It's the same old story. I keep linking to the joint's home page but I'm doing it for a reason: I want you to internalize the fact that there isn't a single burger on their menu that is safe from Gig's structural issues.
As alluded to in the lede, bacon is the only shining beacon in the textural darkness of this burger. But it's like a band-aid on a gangrenous wound (you're welcome for that mental image in a food review, by the way).
The sauce is interesting though. I guess.
