This burger was positively loaded with sauces. And delicious ones, too. Caramelized figs and onions created one of the more unique flavor profiles you will ever find in a burger. If you're tired of the classic Cheddar/tomato/lettuce/thousand island sauce burgers and are feeling adventurous, check this one out.

As far as negatives, the burger suffers a bit from the same systemic problems that plague all the other Gig's offerings.

Still, a recommendable burger to recommend, all things considered.
