Review
The first burger I ever ate.

While I quite like Gorgonzola in general, I wasn't a huge fan of it in this configuration. They had it in Lady Marmalade as well but that burger had a bunch of other strong ingredients as well that balanced the flavors much more.

I get it, though: it fits the overall theme. And since it's still Hood's burger at the end of the day, the fundamentals are obviously top notch.

One funny side note about this burger (well, 'funny' in a grim sort of way): it was announced only about three weeks after Pope Francis died and released a week later. I assume Hood had bought the ingredients in advance and had all the marketing materials ready to go since they went ahead with the release regardless. Still, it was very amusing how they had to awkwardly preface their newsletter with a disclaimer swearing they're not trying to profit from the tragedy.
