As all modern burgers from Tiskarna, this one is no different in terms of build quality (and is of course much improved from its predecessor). The ingredients are all top notch and I have no complaints on that front. And if the spec sheet intrigues you I can recommend it without reservation.
But at the en of the day, personally, I'm not a big fan.
At the risk of sounding too poetic, each of the burger's individual ingredients seems to be dancing to its own, discordant tune. The caramelized onions demand the most attention and their pronounced taste somewhat overtakes most of the other, milder ingredients. Radicchio, in my opinion, doesn't belong in burgers in the first place - its naturally bitter taste is just too different from anything that traditionally fits within an Overton window of burgers. And while the Gorgonzola and button mushrooms do play well together they clash with the rest.
Interestingly, Tiskarna made another burger with mushrooms in the past: Alora. Frankly, I much preferred that one. Too bad that one's not on the regular menu.
And since we're comparing unfavorably: if you want a better interpretation of a burger with mushrooms, wait for Hood's Balbo to come back.
