Meat Business: Despecialized Edition

As soon as I saw the words "Meat Business" in the description, the burger was added to the list of things to try. When the day finally came and I received my order it took one bite to know this wa no lie. Rejoice, my followers! We finally have what I've been asking for for years: a Meat Business burger actually obtainable on a regular basis(ish).

What a time to be alive.

The burger echoes Meat Business' Klasik but they are not at all the same. The buns and the meat are phenomenal and instantly recognizable Meat Business staples but the winter radish (or daikon, common in Japanese cuisine) in lemon juice add a sort of asian fusion-esque twist to it that was not present in Klasik. The burger can also be ordered as a course with kimchi, rice crackers, and mac & cheese sides. This is a bit out of scope for this review but I mention it to further demonstrate the theme they seem to be going for: comfort food with an eastern twist.

"But Sir, if it's all rainbows and sunshine, why only four stars?"

Unfortunately, delivery is not kind to this burger. Some burgers travel better than others and this one is decidedly in the "others" category. It's still great and worth ordering, just not nearly as great as a when served fresh off the grill.
