If, like me, you only ever tried this burger at Pivo & Burger Fest, do yourself a favor and give them another chance. It's a night and day difference between their actual kitchen and the festival stand. Far more so than any other vendor I've come across.

Even with optimal preparation, however, I still can't give this burger top marks.

It's not so much the fault of the ingredient quality but rather personal preference. Guys, the sauce is already acidic enough. Do we really need the pickle here? And "sweet and sour" my ass! If there was any sweetness there I sure as shit couldn't find it!

Regardless, this burger is now snob approved. Very recommendable.
