I would consider this a downgraded version of our locally grown Smash burger from Smash Ljubljana (patriots rise up!). The meat simply isn't nearly as well grilled ans the buns are ever so slightly worse. That said, the onion is a very nice, very welcome touch.

Pickles and mustard, however, drag the score down. And the mustard wouldn't normally bother me but on one of the burgers I ordered there was so much of it it eclipsed the other two. Not sure if that's a systemic problem or an anomaly, though. And honestly I'm not running several consistency tests since you can't unbundle the burger from the fries and I'm not paying that premium.
