The spec sheet here is as simple as it gets (especially if you remove the pickles). And it tastes exactly as you would expect the platonic ideal of a basic smash burger to taste: just bread, beef, cheese, and sauce (assuming you removed the pickles like I told you to).

But I said "deceptively simple" in the lede for a reason. They make it look simple. However, the ingredients chosen are obviously of a very decent quality. Not only that, they're prepared properly. I honestly can't name any other joint that achieves the Maillard reaction this well on their patties.

It's honestly so good that even pickles barely affect my enjoyment.
