Basically the burger version of their Roastbeef Sandwich.
The burger has a good foundation. Heck, it's basically the same as Le Brie from Hood Burger. But whereas Hood had the wisdom to to create a sauce based on real mushrooms, Cube instead chose to slather theirs in synthetic truffle oil that overpowers all the other flavors. It's a tale as old as time, really. And my score reflects it.
