But it doesn't just fail on that front. I've talked about Gig's seeming aversion to texture elsewhere and this burger was the pinnacle of this issue.

Their MERCURY Figa burger has similar textural issues but at least that one (almost) nails the flavor. This one does not have that luxury. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide.
